Cartoons are supposed to be funny–make you laugh. There’s nothing funny about the little mayors, and it shows disrespect and contempt for democracy and the people’s choices.

Get real! Disrespect and contempt for democracy and people’s choices? Loosen up… The people of this city may have voted the people into office, but I don’t think that anyone voted for the waste of our tax dollars that we have seen over the years. That waste to me shows a disrespect and contempt for the trust that we as taxpayers put in our elected officials… Once again, get real!!!!

This is just what I needed after preparing dinner..
a good laugh. I love people who can see the funny
side and this is definitely funny.
Yes, we all know it is a serious issue however,
a little laughter goes a long way.
    Thanks!!!!!

While the cartoon was not exactly hilarious – it did provide me with a good laugh. And to those of you that think political humor is being “disrepectful” – you need to wake up. Free speach is one of our most cherished rights – live and let live. What is really “disrepectful” is politicians wasting our tax dollars on pet projects that do not have the support of the citizens. Both the past and present “mayor” deserve to be tarred and feathered…..!!!!!
